MEDICARE AND MEDICAID BASICS BOOKLET

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid have posted a revised, ten-page MLN Booklet entitled MEDICARE AND MEDICAID BASICS from Medicare Learning Network Publications & Multimedia. As of July 2017. Noridian has posted information from their review of subsequent Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) for prepayment claims. By the information on their website, it appears to have been a one-time task for claims from Southern California.
