My colleagues and I celebrated St. Patrick's Day! We had a little fun today and celebrated with a potluck! Our lunch consisted of Soda Bread, green salad with cilantro dressing, tiny bottles of 7-Up (cause the label is green) roast chicken and corned beef and cabbage!
