My colleagues and I celebrated St. Patrick's Day!  We had a little fun today and celebrated with a potluck! Our lunch consisted of Soda Bread, green salad with cilantro dressing, tiny bottles of 7-Up (cause the label is green) roast chicken and corned beef and cabbage!

My colleagues and I, in the HCC department, celebrated Fat Tuesday today. Our lunch time menu included shrimp Jambalaya, green salad, fruit salad, pickled okra, watermelon rinds, king's cake, key lime cookies, a variety of chips including Gator Taters,Tabasco flavored chocolate and sweet tea.
