My colleagues and I, in the HCC department, celebrated Fat Tuesday today.
Our lunch time menu included shrimp Jambalaya, green salad, fruit salad, pickled okra, watermelon rinds, king's cake, key lime cookies, a variety of chips including Gator Taters,Tabasco flavored chocolate and sweet tea. It was delicious!
